By accessing and using the GraceWorks mobile application ("App") provided by Grace Industrial LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

GraceWorks is a mobile application that provides information about Grace Industrial LLC's construction services, project portfolio, and tools for estimating construction costs. The App is designed to help users learn about our services and connect with our team.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grace Industrial LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
